Shipping policy

DELIVERY TIME & CHARGES

• We offer free shipping above PKR. 1500 all over Pakistan through Call Courier. Deliveries usually take 3-5 business days. All orders are processed same day (Monday-Saturday) only orders placed on Saturday & Sunday will be processed on Monday. Please note that no orders are dispatched over the Sunday or on Gazetted holidays.
• In major cities Like Islamabad and Lahore Estimated time for delivery is next day (Monday- Friday) it may take up to 24-48 hours.
• Orders placed after 2 pm will be processed Next working Day.

AMEND YOUR ORDERS

• Any amendments can be suggested within 24 hours from the receipt of the order. Any amendment to the original order after 24 hours may be subject to additional charges which will be determined after reviewing the requested changes. Please ensure you have entered the correct shipping address. Amendments to order including but not limited to article, size, color and shipping address can be made within 24 hours of placing the order (before verification by customer services which has a 24 hours window). No changes can be made after this timeframe.

• Sole in Box makes every effort to ensure that the product descriptions and photographs provided on this website are accurate and life-like. Whilst the reproduction of colors and styles contained on the photographs shown on this website are as accurate as image and photographic processing will allow, Insignia cannot accept responsibility for slight variances in color or style.

PAYMENT METHODS

• We accept Cash on Delivery (CoD), easypaisa, JazzCash, Bank Transfer, RaastID, Digital Wallets orders for now.  

Undelivered Parcel

• Please note in case if parcel returns as undelivered due to customer negligence. We can put customer’s account on hold & for future orders customer have to pay us in advance. Note: 98% of deliveries are done successfully on time.
